Every easyCracker comes with our lifetime warranty—a promise that your nutcracker will perform flawlessly for as long as you own it. We stand behind our craftsmanship because we believe in creating tools that last generations, not seasons.
What's Covered
- All manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Mechanical failures of the stainless steel cracking mechanism
- Structural issues with the PLA handles under normal use
- Any structural component failure during proper operation
What's Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Commercial or industrial use without wholesale agreement
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Email hello@easycracker.au with your order details and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
Provide Information
We'll ask for your order number (or email used to purchase) and clear photos of the issue to assess the claim.
Quick Assessment
Our team reviews your claim within 24 hours and determines the best solution—repair or replacement.
Resolution
We'll send a replacement or arrange for repair at no cost to you. Shipping is covered both ways for all warranty claims.
Warranty Duration & Transfer
Our lifetime warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser. It cannot be transferred if you sell or gift the easyCracker to someone else. However, if you're giving it as a gift directly from us, register the gift recipient's details and they'll receive the full lifetime warranty coverage.
