Terms of Service

By placing an order through easyCracker.au, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process and to update this information as necessary. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store your card details.

Every easyCracker comes with our lifetime warranty, valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use conditions. It covers the stainless steel mechanism and PLA handles. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will repair or replace defective products at no cost, including shipping both ways.

We ship within Australia and internationally. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Australian orders receive free shipping on orders over $100; orders under $100 incur a $12 flat shipping fee. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery timeframes are estimates: 3-7 business days within Australia, 7-21 business days internationally. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@easycracker.au with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return label if applicable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easyCracker.au and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on easyCracker.au, including text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of easyCracker.au and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The easyCracker name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of easyCracker.au. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You agree to use our website and products lawfully and responsibly. You will not use our products for commercial purposes without a wholesale agreement. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our products for commercial gain. You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing orders. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our website or services. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. For international customers, local consumer protection laws may apply and take precedence where they provide greater protection. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
