What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Your easyCracker must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at hello@easycracker.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange your easyCracker for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange a direct exchange. The same return conditions apply.

Warranty & Repairs

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers all manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use. This includes the stainless steel mechanism and 3D-printed PLA handles. The warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at hello@easycracker.au with photos of the issue and your order details. We'll assess the claim and either repair or replace your easyCracker at no cost to you. Shipping is covered both ways for warranty claims.

Do I need proof of purchase for warranty claims?

While we keep records of all orders, having your order confirmation email or receipt helps speed up the warranty claim process. If you can't locate yours, we can look it up using your email address.

Does the warranty expire?

No, our lifetime warranty never expires for the original purchaser. Whether you bought your easyCracker last month or decades ago, we stand behind our product.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $12. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7-21 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. You can track your package directly through Australia Post or your local carrier.

What is the easyCracker made from?

The easyCracker features a precision-machined grade 304 stainless steel mechanism for durability and longevity. The handles are 3D-printed from PLA (polylactic acid), an environmentally friendly bioplastic made from corn starch.

Can it really crack macadamia nuts?

Absolutely! The easyCracker was specifically engineered to handle the toughest nuts, including macadamias. The stainless steel mechanism provides the leverage and strength needed to crack even the hardest shells with ease.

How do I care for my easyCracker?

Simply hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly after each use. The stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion. Do not put it in the dishwasher as this may damage the PLA handles.
